My Hobbies

Music

As John Miles already said: “Music was my first love and it will be the last”. Music belongs to my life and may not be missing in the daily labwork. In my personal Top10 you will find lots of artist  of the “good old times”; back then, when musicians were able to play their own instruments ;-)
I consider most of the songs produced nowadays as poor copies, mainly pushed by the major music lables for commercial reasons (i.e. Monrose & co.)

I would consider myself as allround musician - after almost eight years of learning to play the classical violin and years of painful recorder (and tin whistle) experience I took piano lessons for four years. As autodidact I figured the basics of guitar playing and I am quite good at the drums in the meantime. This said, I can look back now on a carrer of almost ten years as a keyboarder and singer - at first as a member of a a dance and show band, later on as a single artist… yes, I have to admit it: i once worked as a solo entertainer!
